Operativo 13 tells the story of misunderstood and rejected people within a fictional universe. Set in the near future, many individuals begin to experience changes in their body and mind, making them the bearers of extraordinary powers. Governments attempt to control them through special agents. Antonio, one such agent, will find in Lucía — one of the different ones — the daughter he never had.
