Antes del Vino is a short documentary that delves into one of the most distinctive agricultural techniques of the archipelago: the braided vine cord, a traditional method that demands knowledge, patience and a direct relationship with the land.

The documentary follows winegrowers who preserve and practise a knowledge inherited from previous generations, showing a process today invisible to the end consumer, yet essential to the existence of wine.
